Ⅰ. Product Introduction
MST-YA400RS Crawler-type mobile jaw crusher is our flagship diesel-powered tracked cone crusher for medium and fine crushing of large hard rock. The machine weighs approximately 73 tons, with a capacity of 140–500 tonnes per hour. It is equipped with the AGP400 main crusher and a 315 kW crushing motor, accepting a maximum feed size of 250 mm. Designed for large quarries, iron ore and granite mines. Material from the primary jaw crusher can feed directly into this unit, with output ready for screening.
Ⅱ. Why Choose Our Crawler-type Mobile Cone Crusher
- Large feed size to save processing time Maximum feed size up to 250 mm. Basalt discharged from the primary jaw crusher can feed directly into this cone crusher without extra pre-crushing, eliminating intermediate conveying steps.
- High throughput for heavy-duty aggregate production Hourly capacity ranges from 140 to 500 t/h, fully meeting the feed demand of large aggregate plants. Continuous 10-hour operation yields thousands of tonnes of secondary crushed material, supporting long shift work.
- Powerful crushing motor for stable startup Fitted with a 315 kW crushing motor to efficiently process large hard rock blocks without jamming or bouncing. Variable-frequency soft start ensures smooth startup and stable loaded operation, preventing tripping under overload.
- Wear-resistant liners & time-saving maintenance Thickened high manganese-chromium alloy bowl liner and mantle are adopted. When crushing extremely hard materials such as basalt, their service life far exceeds standard liners. Liner replacement does not require time-consuming lifting of the mainframe.
- High-quality cubical finished aggregate Produces rock products with high hardness and low flakiness index. Finished aggregate easily meets acceptance standards for high-speed railway and highway projects, supporting premium pricing.
- Heavy-duty tracked undercarriage for easy relocation This 73-ton heavy tracked chassis travels on rough mine roads. Its transport dimensions suit flatbed trailers and generally stay within weight limits, simplifying on-site relocation.
- Comprehensive hydraulic and intelligent auxiliary functions Features hydraulic discharge gap adjustment and one-click cavity clearing. Reverse rotation releases blocked material. Additional options include water mist dust suppression, hydraulically adjustable conveyor height and remote control. Only one operator is required for the whole machine.

Ⅲ. Main Technical Specifications of Crawler-type Mobile Cone Crusher
Ⅳ. Suitable Working Conditions
The YA400RSCrawler-type mobile cone crusher is developed for large hard rock mines. It works with granite, basalt, iron ore, quartzite, diabase and other hard ores. Suitable for secondary crushing processes in large iron mines and non-ferrous metal mines, as well as premium aggregate projects such as high-speed railways and highways with strict requirements on aggregate particle shape. The crushed product has low needle and flake content and easily passes project acceptance inspections.
Ⅴ.Field Case Reference
At a large granite quarry in Sichuan, two small cone crushers were previously operated in parallel. Material larger than 180 mm frequently caused machine choking, requiring workers to re-break rock with breaker hammers. After switching to this AGP400 unit, 200 mm large stones discharged from the jaw crusher can feed directly. With the discharge gap set at 40 mm, stable output reaches roughly 300 t/h. Fitted with thickened high manganese-chromium alloy mantle and bowl liner, liners can run for three months before replacement; service life is nearly doubled compared with ordinary liners.
Designed for heavy-duty hard rock crushing, the MST-YA400RS tracked cone crusher delivers high productivity and high-quality cubical aggregate. It can directly accept large feed material from the primary jaw crusher and eliminate extra crushing stages. It features robust tracked mobility and an intelligent hydraulic protection system. Ideal for granite, basalt and ore projects requiring high-quality aggregate for highways and railways. Ready to upgrade your crushing line? Send your site parameters now to get a quotation!
