Mining Aggregate Mobile Jaw CrusherThe MST-E3548 is our flagship tracked diesel jaw: 75 tonnes operating weight, 175–610 tonnes per hour, 209 kW installed power. It is built for primary crushing at large metal mines, hard-rock aggregate bases, and major hydropower/road-bridge projects. It is the largest tracked jaw in our line; paired downstream with a cone crusher, the complete line reaches over a thousand tonnes per hour. -
Large-scale Mobile Cone CrusherThe MST-Y440ERS of large scale mobile cone crusher is the preferred secondary crushing equipment for large hard aggregate projects in project evaluation, comparison and selection, tender procurement and existing production line renovation. Adopting fully electric drive, it integrates intelligent hardware and digital monitoring systems to deliver environmental compliance, stable throughput and low long-term operating costs. Buyers can conduct site visits, review factory quality inspection documents and witness factory acceptance tests. A complete equipment delivery checklist and grid-based after-sales service system are provided, with optional customisation for process requirements. -
Dual Power Mobile Cone CrusherThe MST-Y440RS heavy-duty Dual power mobile cone crusher is the preferred secondary fine crushing host for tender selection, bulk procurement and production line upgrading of large hard rock aggregate projects. It accepts large feed material from jaw crushers, fitted with thickened high manganese-chromium liners. The laminated crushing process produces premium aggregate with low flakiness index. Its heavy tracked undercarriage enables autonomous relocation. It is equipped with hydraulic discharge gap adjustment, one-click cavity clearing and remote control operation. -
Crawler Mobile Crushing and Screen PlantThe MST-Y440RS is our compact diesel-powered tracked short-head cone crusher. It weighs 52 tons, with a capacity of 100–350 t/h. Equipped with a CC440 short-head crushing unit and a 250 kW crushing motor, it accepts a maximum feed size of 140 mm. It is specially designed for hard rock fine crushing: it processes 20–80 mm material from secondary crushing and turns it into 5–20 mm premium aggregates. -
Light-duty Mobile Screening MachineThe S933H in the Light-duty mobile screening machine lineup is a tracked inclined screening station: 38 tons, 180–400 tph, diesel-electric hybrid, with adjustable deck angle. It suits post-crushing aggregate sizing, backfill screening, and C&D coarse/fine separation — more precise than a heavy-duty screen, higher capacity than a horizontal screen, sitting between the two. -
Crawler-mounted Mobile Screening MachineThis crawler-mounted mobile screening machine integrates feeding, screening and conveying functions. It comes with a crawler travel chassis and does not require a trailer for transportation. It can directly enter the mining site or construction waste treatment site for on-site operation. The equipment offers a wide range of screening specifications, with stable grading accuracy. It is suitable for the separation of hard rock aggregates, construction waste, river sand and other materials. -
Multi-specification Mobile Stone Screening MachineThe H6203 is a tracked horizontal screening station weighing 38 tons, processing 350–500 tph, powered by a 72 kW diesel engine. The screen box is horizontal, driven by dual vibrators, suitable for 0–5 mm fines classification, manufactured-sand dust removal, aggregate dewatering, and tailings dry discharge — with over 20% higher fines screening efficiency than inclined screens. -
Dry-type Mobile Screening MachineDry-type mobile screening machine is a self-propelled crawler-mounted screening plant integrating feeding, multi-layer vibrating screening and conveying systems. It adopts dry classification without water consumption, which saves water resources and eliminates sludge treatment. Equipped with hydraulic crawler chassis, the machine can travel freely on rugged sites and achieve rapid deployment without concrete foundation. It is widely applied for grading crushed aggregates, quarry stone, construction demolition waste, coal and mineral materials.
Common Issues When Choosing Glasses?
-
What are the main parameters of the materials that determine the selection of a crusher?
The primary factors to confirm are the hardness of the material, the maximum feed size, the moisture content, and the clay content. Hard materials such as granite and basalt are suitable for jaw crushers and cone crushers; medium and low-hardness materials such as limestone and construction waste can be selected for impact crushers.
-
Is the indicated production capacity of the equipment the actual production capacity?
The manufacturer's parameters are generally theoretical capacity. The actual production capacity is affected by the hardness of the material, the uniformity of the feed, the particle size of the output, and the on-site conditions. It is usually lower than the theoretical value. It is recommended to reserve 15%-25% capacity margin to ensure stable production.
-
How long is the service life of the wear parts and is it easy to purchase?
The wear parts include the plate hammers, jaw plates, liners, and hammer heads. Their lifespan depends on the wear resistance of the material. High-wear-resistant stone materials have a shorter replacement cycle. Before placing an order, confirm the material of the wear parts, the supply cycle and price of the original factory spare parts to reduce the downtime cost in the future.
-
What auxiliary equipment is needed for the crusher?
Generally, a feeder, a vibrating screen, and a conveyor belt are required; dust-laden working conditions require dust removal equipment; mobile models come with a chassis. If the raw materials contain iron blocks, it is recommended to install an iron remover to prevent hard objects from entering the crushing chamber and damaging the equipment.
-
How are the equipment warranty and on-site commissioning arranged?
The general warranty period for the entire machine is usually 1 year. Wear parts are not covered by the warranty. Regular manufacturers can provide on-site installation and commissioning, as well as operator training. The contract should specify the response time for after-sales services and the terms for on-site services to avoid prolonged downtime due to faults.
